Dois jogadores estão em uma mesma banca quando um jogador executa sua tacada. Existe alguma penalidade? Para quem bateu? Para o outro jogador?
Bom, no livro de regras não existe nenhuma determinação clara sobre isso. Fiz uma busca no Decision e também não encontrei nada.
Mas não fiquei totalmente convencido e resolvi perguntar diretamente ao departamento de regras do R&A, St Andrews.
A resposta veio como eu suspeitava. É uma boa etiqueta um jogador esperar fora da banca até que o outro termine sua tacada, mas não há penalidade.

Dear Mr Nabuco Thank you for your reply. The Rules of Golf do not prevent two players from being in the bunker at the one time. However, what tends to happen is that the player waiting to play will stand outside the bunker so that he does not interfere with the other. This is good etiquette but there is no breach if both are in the bunker at the same time. I hope that this is of help.
